In order to join Affiliate Program MyCasinoPartners the user has to check the box against the field “I agree with terms and conditions” and to click on the “Registration” button. As the result of such actions the user agrees and is bound by the following terms and conditions for partners.
This document is an public offer agreement between Entertainment Network Limited, 1 Mapp Street, Belize City, Belize on behalf of Top Tech Media Ltd, 1 Mapp Street, Belize City, Belize (hereafter referred as we, Affiliate Program, or MyCasinoPartners), and you (hereafter referred as you, or Partner, or Affiliate) and is deemed in force after your application is accepted by a manager of MyCasinoPartners.
Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms", "Terms of Service") carefully before using the My Casino Partners website (the "Service") operated by Top Tech Media ("us", "we", or "our"). Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service.By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.
MyCasinoPartners utilizes the services of Napier Limited (Napier Ltd Registration No: 85476) to facilitate affiliate commission payments. These payments will reflect as “Napier LTD” on your statement.
- Casino — is a website that offers organization services of online gambling in the Internet.
- Partner — webmaster (individual or legal entity) accepting the public offer on My Casino Partners site and promoting of the My Casino Partners affiliate products in the Internet.
- Affiliate Program — marketing agency specializing in attracting visitors to the site by means of partnership arrangements.
- Players – individuals that joined client’s site using a link provided by the partner and registered a personal account.
- Income — a commission percentage of the income an Affiliate earns from the players engaged by the partner.
- Payout — accrual of the funds earned by a partner from the internal account of the Affiliate Program to any external payment system valid within the Affiliate Program.
- Commission — salary calculated based on your performance.
- Reporting period — the time interval determined for accumulation and calculation of the partner’s earnings for the subsequent withdrawal of the funds to the external payment systems.
- Advertising materials (promotional materials) — appliances used by the partners for furtherance of the client’s services in the Internet and beyond it.
3.1. When you create an account with us, you must provide us information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service.
3.2. You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password, whether your password is with our Service or a third-party service.
3.3. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.
3.4. My Casino Partners has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party web sites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that My Casino Partners shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such web sites or services.We strongly advise you to read the terms and conditions and privacy policies of any third-party web sites or services that you visit.
3.5. We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
3.6. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability.
3.7. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service.
VI Commission and terms of payment
4.1. After the Partner acquires a Player for one of the Casinos listed on MyCasinoPartners Affiliate Program website, the Partner will receive a percentage of the income Casino receives from such Player as a Commission for the lifetime of the Player at the Casino.
4.2. Earnings of a Partner are calculated due to a certain percentage of the net profit a casino receives from the players involved by this Partner. The ratio does not depend on the Partner’s turnover and amounts to 50% from the net profit of a casino, except chargebacks, fees and bonus points. Ratios may vary without pre-warning. You can always check out the valid ratios in your personal account.
4.3 The payment period at MyCasinoPartners Affiliate Program is defined as one month. Commission payable to Affiliate is calculated at the end of each calendar month.
4.4 All payments are done in US dollars or any other freely convertible currency at the solely discretion of MyCasinoPartners. A minimum payment from Affiliate’s account is 50 euros. Payments are done to the payment method provided and selected by the Partner.
4.5 The payment to Affiliate’s account is guaranteed to be done by 25th day of the month following the month for which the Commission is calculated.
4.6 The financial operations for the Casino are processed by Juliper Ltd of 8A Pitmans Alley, Gibraltar.
4.7. The Affiliate is fully responsible for all taxes, processing fees, and other fees and expenses connected to any payments made to your account as the result of this agreement.
4.8 MyCasinoPartners Affiliate Program does not carry on negative balance from one payment period to the following payment period.
4.9 Same rules as stated in 4.2 apply to subaffilaites.
V High-Roller Policy
5.1 Negative Commissionable revenue generated in any given month by any Players who We, in our sole discretion, determine to be “High Rollers” will be carried forward and offset against future commissionable revenue generated by Players referred by You until such negative commissionable revenue is cleared. The determination of the criteria to categorize a Player as “High Roller” shall be in our sole discretion, and our sole responsibility in this regard shall be to advise you of the categorisation of any Players referred by you as the same by way of amendment to this Agreement. Current criteria for determining our High Roller policy are:
5.2 If in any given month a player generates negative commissionable revenue of at least €500, and the aggregate earnings in that month for that Affiliate is negative €100 or greater, then such Player shall be deemed to be a High Roller;
5.3 If both of the above criteria are met (5.2) then the negative commissionable revenue generated by the High Roller will be carried forward and offset against future commissionable revenue generated by that High Roller.
5.4 The negative balance carried forward cannot be set-off against other players' positive commissionable revenue;
5.5 The negative balance carried forward cannot be greater than the total aggregate negative commissionable revenue for the affiliate, for that month;
5.6 If there is more than one High Roller, the negative balance carried forward will be split proportionally between them;
5.7 The negative balance of a High Roller will be reduced by future positive commissionable revenue that they generate in subsequent months. A negative balance will not be increased by future negative commissionable revenue unless the High Roller meets the qualifying criteria stipulated in 5.2 above, in subsequent months.
6.1. This agreement remain in force until one party notifies the other of the termination for any reason or without any reason at all, via email or skype message. The agreement is considered null and void after receiving such notice.
